It’s getting increasingly important for practices to work together across their primary care network. Flu and Covid-19 vaccine delivery, access to urgent care appointments, making best use of the additional roles reimbursement scheme staff and making sure premises, and staff, are used to best effect. Making sure this happens effectively takes time, and conversations, as to how resources can be used need to be well managed.
