The pressure is on primary care networks (PCNs) to make the best use of the additional roles reimbursement scheme (ARRS) funding. This is not an easy task given the pressures of the Covid-19 vaccination programme and the day to day workload.
PCC has experienced team members, including practice managers, who can add extra capacity to support working through the skill mix needed across your practices. They are also experienced in implementing new ways of working, and finding a way through the premises implications of the clinical strategy for your PCN, as well as the workforce strategy.
