Training and facilitation are an important part of the work we do at PCC. We are looking for an outstanding trainer and facilitator, a self-starter able to design workshops and group work to meet a range of client needs.
We need someone who is compassionate, empathetic, emotionally intelligent, quick to learn and enthusiastic about the role PCC can play in improving services. Someone who is confident and experienced – able to make existing courses their own and not just simply repeat what has always been delivered.
This will be a permanent contract (full or part-time). The salary will be in the region of £35,000 to £50,000 FTE depending on experience.
