NHS Networks is a free resource for anyone working in or with the health and care sector to use to share information and network with others.
Our platform has supported communities of interest for over a decade. It is the ideal tool to support joined-up working and will support the neighbourhood health programme, which is part of the government’s 10 Year Health Plan.
NHS Networks can bring together all of the key organisations in one place to facilitate collaborative working. NHS Networks can connect you to commissioners, providers, voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector.
You can connect and communicate with others who have a similar professional interest to you. You don’t need to have an NHS email address to register to the website. It’s quick and easy to do and it’s completely free.
By creating a network, you can:
- Share resources
- Create discussion forums to start those important conversations
- Create folders to store and organise your documents
- Promote your groups events
- Alert your members to content posted on the network
Examples of virtual networks include COIN – Community-Oriented Integration Network, Congenital Heart Disease Network, Yorkshire & Humber Neonatal ODN and Ophthalmic Pharmacist Group.
