This introductory online training is designed for commissioners and those working on their behalf. In just three hours, delegates will gain a clear understanding of:

• The different ownership models for GP premises
• Reimbursable premises costs and what contractors are entitled to
• The strategic context for primary care premises
• Key elements of the regulatory framework, including the 2024 NHS (General Medical Services Premises Costs) Directions

This session is for commissioners and those working on their behalf with limited or no experience of GP premises and is also a useful refresher for those with more experience.
