As the NHS implements its 10-Year Health Plan, a fundamental transformation is underway in how care is commissioned and delivered. Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) are evolving into strategic commissioners, with a renewed focus on population health, prevention, and value-based outcomes. To realise this vision of strategic commissioning, commissioners, providers and others will need to understand the vision and how they can navigate this change.

In this virtual course, delivered over two sessions, we will explore how commissioning for outcomes and value can deliver joined up care for the population.

The agenda covers:

• Strategic shift to outcomes-based commissioning and contracting
• Embedding value-based healthcare principles
• Collaborative commissioning with providers
• Impact of the 2025 Model ICB blueprint
• Practical implications for providers.

This session will be led by Robert McGough, Partner at Hill Dickinson LLP.

The sessions can be booked as individual courses or as a whole programme. Where all four courses are booked by the same delegate, a discount of £200 or 2 credits will be applied.
