The 10-year plan promised that services would be delivered as locally as possible and support those in most need by reducing health inequalities and helping people stay healthy for longer.

What does that mean both strategically and operationally – how do you:

• reach into communities of place and interest, including those hyperlocal or self-defined neighbourhoods.
• move beyond existing relationships
• build trusting and productive relationships with the wider NHS, local authorities and third sector
• know that what you’re doing is working.

Each workshop can be attended as a standalone session or as part of a wider development programme.

Participants booking on all four workshops will be able to attend four for the price of three.

For those with a package of support places are charged at 2 credits. All other places are charged at £250 excluding VAT.
