Provider Selection Regime regulations – primary care

The Provider Selection Regime (PSR) regulations came into effect on 1 January 2024. These regulations must now be used by NHS commissioners when procuring new contracts or making and managing amendments to existing contractual arrangements.

This training session will focus on the impact on primary care contracts. We will look at the background and principles of PSR, as well as the options that can be used. There will be a main presentation before the use of breakout rooms focussing on dental or medical scenarios to bring the PSR options to life.

This event is open to any interested primary care commissioners, even if you do not sit within medical or dental commissioning.
