Primary care finance network

The next finance network is scheduled for Thursday 10 December 2026. This network is available to finance teams in integrated care boards that hold a PCC annual support contract.

This session will provide an opportunity to discuss the latest developments in the primary care financial landscape, including the continued focus on NHS financial recovery, delivery against system efficiency and productivity requirements, and the increasing emphasis on shifting care closer to home through neighbourhood health services and integrated models of care.

There will also be time to discuss day-to-day challenges, concerns and operational aspects of primary care finance, including financial planning and delivery against system control totals and risks, opportunities and emerging financial pressures for 2027/28 planning. The flexible agenda allows plenty of opportunity for attendees to raise and discuss topics, challenges and priorities that are relevant to their organisations.

The session will be run on MS Teams and will be for up to two hours starting at 13.30.

Please note that your organisation will need to have a PCC annual contract that includes helpdesk and networking surgery sessions to book a place.
