Difficult conversations are often avoided because we can’t face it or feel ill-equipped and lacking in confidence to manage conflict. This can have an impact on colleagues and organisations, in terms of productivity and morale. This three-hour online training session will explore how to prepare and deliver kind, effective and assertive difficult conversations, with confidence.
