Manage difficult conversations with confidence

We often avoid difficult conversations, possibly to avoid conflict, because we can’t face it or feel ill-equipped and lacking in confidence to manage it. This can have an impact on colleagues and organisations, in terms of productivity and morale.

This three-hour online training session – which will include group discussion and the sharing of ideas – will explore how to prepare and deliver kind, effective and assertive difficult conversations, with confidence.

Content will include thinking about our responses to potential conflict, improving our resilience, tips to manage the situation and the opportunity to practice having a difficult conversation.
