Whilst we may have familiar and effective styles of leadership within our own organisation and across other NHS teams, an adaptive approach is required to lead and influence across organisational boundaries and with others in the community.

This session aims to explore the styles and options available to you as a leader when developing new collaborative working relationships with community colleagues and patient leaders.

The workshop will:

• Consider ways to adapt meetings and agendas to suit different groups
• Give the opportunity to learn more about coaching and advocating in the community
• Discuss how to identify a common purpose and work inclusively.

Each workshop can be attended as a standalone session or as part of a wider development programme.

Participants booking on all four workshops will be able to attend four for the price of three.
