Finding a confident way forward

NHS England, integrated care board colleagues and others are in the midst of another significant restructure. It can be useful to work at finding a way through the uncertainty, to take some control and make a plan.

This short online workshop provides the space for you to consider how you can build confidence, prepare for new situations, interviews and possibly a different way of working.

Content will include discussion about how change feels, managing practicalities and time for reflection on personal confidence and resilience with a view to supporting you to take positive steps in future-planning
