How does coaching work

We believe it’s important to match you with the right coach. If you’re interested in coaching, one of us will arrange a brief call with you to go through what to expect and to discuss your interest in coaching to determine the best coach for you.

We will contract with you for 4 or 6 online sessions over a period of 6-12 months. Sessions last between 1.5-2 hours.

During the first session we’ll ask you to talk about where you are now and what you want to achieve. Our coaches are skilled at asking thought-provoking open questions which can lead to greater self-awareness and more informed decision making. We will also be available for you to get in touch in between sessions, if required.

We get great feedback

“Coaching helped me realise my strengths and how I can use them to be a more effective leader. It’s also prompted me to ask myself ‘Why not’ and ‘Why can’t I just do it’. It’s given me confidence to manage more challenging situations.”

“You really helped me to think through my current challenges and draw conclusions in a productive way. I felt at ease from the very first session, which I feel allowed me to be open and honest from the outset. I appreciated the check in at the start of the sessions, the recap on where we had left off, and the agreement of actions that I was going to take prior to our next session. It really did feel like you cared about our conversations, which means so much when you are sharing quite personal thoughts, feelings, challenges and aspirations.”
