Its essential that the governance and ways of working are right at the top of every organisation – from GP practices to integrated care systems. PCC delivers coaching and mentoring to leaders including senior executive and non-executive board levels.
We support strategic planning, service redesign, turnaround, governance, partnership and stakeholder engagement. Some of our associate team work as non-executives, following a career that included board level working and are well placed to understand the pressures, challenges, and are able to support change management, organisational development and the development of good governance.
