Gill Galliano

Gill has held successful NHS board director positions since 1994 including those of chief executive and director roles in areas such as finance, commissioning, primary care, community services and mental health) in both commissioner and provider organisations.

She is a respected non-executive board member with appointments since 2003 across a range of public, charitable and private organisations.

Gill has experience of delivering coaching and mentoring to a very senior level at both executive and non-executive board levels. She also provides short-term interim solutions and support – including change management and restructuring, organisational development, strategic planning and service redesign, performance management, analysis and improvement, turnaround, independent service reviews, governance, partnership and stakeholder engagement and policy implementation.
