We are delighted to share our offer of support for PCNs and member practices. NHS England have streamlined support into six domains so we have provided some detail of the support we provide within each of those domains. Effective team working

Teams have changed. Organisations are working in new ways, with teams that no longer sit next to each other, teams that work from home and teams that cross organisational boundaries. Some of this is liberating, some of it challenging. Collaborative working sounds and is attractive but may be harder than it looks. Many are already members of dispersed teams, project teams, virtual teams or multi-disciplinary teams. This workshop on 31 March in Manchester and 12 August in Birmingham provides a pragmatic, intuitive and innovative approach to helping individuals and teams to work effectively, productively and with high engagement towards a shared goal.

Getting to grips with primary care dental contracts

Using real contracting examples, this full-day session on 13 May in Leeds and 11 June in London takes delegates through typical scenarios you are likely to face as commissioners. Using the regulations, current contract and NHS England policy book for primary dental services, delegates will work through a number of real local examples and scenarios to understand what approaches they can take in relations to primary care dental contracts.

Building capability: primary care premises and estates foundations

Premises policy is a vital component of high quality primary care, and is set to become more important as premises are developed to support the policy ambitions of primary care networks and integrated care. PCC has developed a premises training event on 25 March 2020 in Manchester, 31 March 2020 in Birmingham and , 2 April 2020 in London to demystify the rules and principles of the premises costs directions and to provide clarity and confidence in managing applications. It will focus on the premises costs directions in general and will cover specific elements in detail, including improvement grants, abatements, the rent review process and sources of funding.
