Enable your primary care networks to thrive

It is a difficult time for practices and primary care networks (PCNs) with a need to press ahead, maximising the use of additional roles, developing new services and making their voice heard as integrated care systems and places develop.

Tension has increased in many PCNs as the work to keep all practices on board, and having an agreed direction that all support, has become more difficult. Often external facilitation may help, the PCC team has experts who have worked in and with primary care understanding the pressures and tensions. If we can help your PCN to regroup, agree a way forward and to prepare for the challenges of the year ahead contact enquiries@pcc-cic.org.uk.
