Plan your future estate

Estate planning is rapidly moving up the to do list for primary care networks (PCNs) and CCGs.  Not only is there an urgent need for PCNs to find space to embed additional staff recruited via the new additional role recruitment scheme roles (ARRS) but as integrated case systems develop there is going to be more pressure on what can be managed in primary and community settings to reduce pressure on hospitals and bring care closer to patients.

This coupled with planning changes giving more flexibility for the future use of GP premises means that premises owning partners, especially those leaving the profession will have decisions to make over future premises use.  How are you future proofing the primary care estate in your CCG or PCN?  Contact enquiries@pcc-cic.org.uk to discuss how we can help.
