PCC supports numerous organisations to plan, review, and implement changes, by providing short term capacity. Our team includes people who have experience of working in general practice, planning, and delivering, new services such as urgent care treatment centres, introducing new roles in general practices, and undertaking service reviews, to mention a few areas.
