When there is so much change happening, projects to implement, service specifications to write, service reviews and plans to create you may wish you have some extra team members. PCC supports numerous organisations to plan, review, and implement changes, by providing short term capacity. Our team includes people who have experience of planning and delivering urgent care treatment centres, establishing mental health crisis support, introducing new roles in general practices, and undertaking service reviews, to mention a few areas.
