Action learning sets
We know that time is so precious and we want to ensure we provide meaningful, cost-effective personal development opportunities for leaders in the NHS. So, we run online action learning sets for groups to come together and use the safe facilitated space to talk through issues, share experience and find ways forward.
Small groups work together over a series of 4-8 monthly sessions (sessions usually 2 or 3 hours long). Action learning sets yield fantastic results and outcomes such as individual action plans, increased confidence and improved decision-making. Participants also benefit from further developing their listening and coaching skills – vital for compassionate leadership.
Clients include West Midlands Ambulance Service, NHS Midlands, NHS South West (Developing aspirant leaders (DAL) programme), Barking and Dagenham Local Authority.
